Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement

The Office of Institutional Assessment & Effectiveness supports Wiley University's commitment to excellence by facilitating meaningful assessment of student learning and institutional outcomes. We partner with academic programs and administrative units to evaluate effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements.

Institutional effectiveness represents "the systematic, explicit, and documented process of measuring institutional performance against mission" (SACSCOC). Our office ensures that assessment is not merely a compliance exercise but a key capacity for institutional success.
